Hearing delayed for annexation on Alpine Holdings and Premier Realty
The Town of Alpine has delayed a hearing for the annexation of Alpine Property Holding’s Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC property until May of this year.
In a notice released at the end of March, the town stated:
“NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pre-petition Review Hearing originally scheduled before the Town of Alpine Planning and Zoning Commission on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., at Alpine Town Hall, 250 River Circle, Alpine, Wyoming, regarding a proposed annexation request submitted by Steven C. Turley, including property owned by Alpine Property Holdings Group, LLC and Premier Realty Investments, LLC, consisting of approximately 46.35 acres located in Section 29, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming, HAS BEEN POSTPONED.”
The Town of Alpine further stated, “This postponement is due to the need for additional information and application materials prior to conducting the public hearing. The item is tentatively rescheduled for the May 12, 2026, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting at 7:00 p.m
The town reports, the following items will still be heard as scheduled on April 14, 2026:
• A Pre-petition Review Hearing regarding a proposed annexation request submitted by Rex Doornbos (Lot 18 Boardwalk, LLC) concerning Lot 18 of the Boardwalk Il Subdivision, consisting of approximately 1.21 acres, located adjacent to the Town of Alpine, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
• A Public Hearing for a Planned Unit Development (PUD) application submitted by Dead Horse Development, LLC for property legally described as Lot 1 of Dead Horse Meadows Addition to the Town of Alpine, located at 856 Elkhorn Drive, Alpine, Wyoming.
• A Simple Subdivision (Lot Line Adjustment) application submitted by Ronald Smith for property legally described as Lot 219 of Lakeview Estates 26th Addition to the Town of Alpine, located at 670 Sunset Drive, Alpine, Wyoming.
