Chris Lane announced as feature concert act during Lincoln County Fair after Easton Corbin cancels due to sickness
The following is a press release from the Lincoln County Fair

Chris Lane will Headline the Lincoln County Fair
Concert this Monday Night
Due to doctor-advised vocal rest, Easton Corbin will be unable to perform at the Lincoln County Fair. But the show will go on! Country star Chris Lane is stepping in as the new headliner for this year’s Lincoln County Fair concert, joined by rising country talent and Georgia native Zach John King, on Monday, August 4, 2025, at the Main Arena in Afton.
Chris Lane is known for blending smooth vocals with pop-infused hooks in hits like “Fix” and “Big, Big Plans.” A North Carolina native and former college baseball player, Lane brings heartfelt storytelling and energetic charm to stages across the country. He’s embracing “a decidedly more country sound” with his latest album, Shade Tree (Red Street Records/Voyager Records), which debuted with an impressive 1.65 million streams in its first week. Inspired by his North Carolina roots, the album reflects on the people and places that shaped him—capturing the heart of small-
town life, family, and the values he was raised on. It features his current chart-climbing single “If I Die Before You” and marks a lyrical and sonic return to Lane’s country core.
Lane’s catalog includes fan favorites like “Dancin’ In The Moonlight” with Lauren Alaina, “Howdy,” “Stop Coming Over,” “Summer Job Money,” “Fill Them Boots,” “Ain’t Even Met You Yet,” and the HIXTAPE: Vol. 2 standout “Small Town On It” with Scotty McCreery, along with his hit collaboration “Tequila On A Boat” with Dustin Lynch. With over 2.2 billion career streams, three No. 1 singles—2X Platinum “Big, Big Plans,” 3X Platinum “I Don’t Know About You,” and Platinum-certified “Fix”—and five certified hits including “Take Back Home Girl” (2X Platinum) with Tori Kelly, Lane is a proven hitmaker.
A familiar face on national TV, Chris Lane has appeared on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, TODAY, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Late Night with Seth Meyers, and CONAN. He was featured in PEOPLE’s 2019 Sexiest Man Alive issue and has earned nominations from the iHeartRadio Music Awards, ACM Awards, and Radio Disney Music Awards. This spring, he joined the 2025 Rascal Flatts Reunion Tour, following past runs with Florida Georgia Line, Brad Paisley, Dan + Shay, and Kane Brown.
Opening the evening is Zach John King, a Georgia native making waves with a fresh blend of country, Americana, and indie rock. Known for his twist-laden lyrics and alt-rock energy, King delivers
heartfelt storytelling rooted in themes of small-town life, love lost, and emotional resilience. With memorable melodies and a “kinda country” soul, he’s a rising voice you won’t want to miss.
