Cowboy football fans will see a new addition to Jonah Field inside War Memorial Stadium on Saturday as the Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) logo will be featured in the back of each endzone.

“This is another groundbreaking moment for our athletic programs, and this partnership with the PRCA is a great match, not just for Wyoming Athletics, but the entire state,” UW Director of Athletics Tom Burman said. “We’re grateful to the PRCA for their commitment and look forward to seeing their logo on Jonah field.”

The PRCA and Wyoming Athletics have partnered for the first endzone logo on the turf of Jonah Field. PRCA branding will be featured prominently with logo placement in both the Northwest and Southwest corners of the endzones.

“The PRCA is about rodeo and the Western way of life and what better way to display those attributes than in the Cowboy state of Wyoming and with the University of Wyoming athletic department with our logo on the Jonah Field End Zones,” Woody said. “We are excited to be a part of the Laramie community and to spread the message of the PRCA throughout the state of Wyoming.”

“Rodeo is part of Wyoming’s identity, so partnering with the PRCA just made sense for us,” Rob DeSoto, General Manager, Wyoming Sports Properties said. “Having their logo in our field puts that connection right in front of our fans, and their reading program gives us a way to support kids across the state beyond gameday. With PRCA planting deeper roots in Cheyenne, the timing couldn’t be better.”
