The Star Valley and Alpine communities have donated over $839,000 to support the expansion of the Alpine Clinic.
“We are thrilled at the support for the campaign,” says Mark Taylor, Star Valley Health Charitable Foundation president. “Alpine is a vibrant and growing community, and this expansion will help our communities achieve their best health while contributing to the economy of Alpine and Lincoln County.”
The expansion will include:
Outpatient surgery center to provide outpatient general surgery, outpatient orthopedic surgery, endoscopy procedure rooms, and pain management.
Cardiac catheterization laboratory to enable cardiac procedures.
Emergency department that will operate 24/7.
These services will complement the existing family medicine clinic, urgent care, and specialty services such as orthopedics, pain management, dermatology, general surgery, and behavioral health.
The early phases of the capital campaign have resulted in gifts and pledges of more than $419,000, and with the Star Valley Health Charitable Foundation’s match, the total raised is $839,000.
The expanded Alpine Clinic is scheduled to open in January 2025. The community will be invited to an open house and tour of the new and expanded facility.
