Signs You Need To Give Up Your Tent for a Camper

Camping is a raw and wondrous adventure, but sometimes, you can’t help but miss creature comforts from home, like your bed or A/C. But what if we told you that you can bring those comforts on your travels with a camper? Below, we go over four signs you need to ditch your tent for a camper that better suits your needs.

Pitching Is Too Much Work

Do you hate pitching tents? Well, with a camper, you won’t have to! While some campers require assembly, it’s usually minimal and much faster than pitching.

Sleeping Is Uncomfortable

Do you hate napping on the cold, hard surface of your tent? Would you rather sleep in your car? Campers normally include beds ranging from twin- to king-size to make bedtime more like it is back home.

You Need More Space

Does your tent feel tiny? While you can always size up to a roomier multi-room tent, you may shudder at the idea of pitching such a behemoth. A camper gives you more room without the hassle. With extra space, you can fit more family, more friends, and more stuff for a more fun and pleasant trip.

You’ve Gotten Scorched or Soaked by the Weather

Have you ever struggled to fall asleep in a painfully hot tent? Or woken up doused from head to toe after a rainstorm? If Mother Nature hasn’t been kind to you on your travels, you may want to switch to a camper so you can hide from her mischief. Many campers have A/C, or at the very least, are more insulated than mesh tents. Plus, rain will roll right off the hard-shell roofs.

Those were four signs you need to give up your tent for a camper. While tents are cheap and handy, they aren’t the best fit for every camper. If you’re tired of pitching tents, getting poor sleep, being cramped, or getting burned by Mother Nature, then consider upgrading to a micro camper of your own.
