According to the Bridger-Teton National Forest Twitter account (@BridgerTetonNF) the LIttle Greys River Road has been reopened.

The new slide had prevented some recreationalists from exiting the area.

*Original Story*According to information released by Lincoln County Homeland Security & Emergency Management, the U.S. Forest Service (USFS) and Lincoln County resources are working to asses a new landslide that was reported up Little Greys River.

There are reports of some people unable to exit the area due to the blockage. No injuries have been reported.

Authorities are asking everyone to avoid the area at this time.

Officials have already been working on solving the Porcupine Slide in the area which took place in early February. The slide prompted forest authorities to close the Greys River Road as a precaution. The Army Corps of Engineers, the State of Wyoming and local experts have all tried to assess the Porcupine Slide and on May 5, authorities made the decision to narrow the closure zone which allowed access to the Little Greys River area.

News and information about the initial slide was updated just yesterday, May 24, with Bridger-Teton officials stating that prework was moving forward with the help of community partners.
