The Star Valley Braves defeated the Powell Panthers in a thriller on Friday night. Heading into the game the WyoPreps Coaches & Media Poll had Star Valley ranked #2 in 3A with Powell ranked #3. The contest came down to a game-winning field goal at the end from Sophomore Kristoff Buehler.
Star Valley travels to #1 Cody this upcoming Friday for another 3A West showdown of top teams. The game will be broadcast live on SVInews.com, the SVI Media YouTube Channel and on Swift 98.7 FM. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.
