• A Vision for Sustainable Growth and Community Development.

Lincoln County is gearing up for an exciting new chapter with the appointment of Ken Kuluski as its Planning Director. Bringing a wealth of experience and a fresh perspective, Kuluski is ready to tackle the challenges of growth and development in this picturesque region of Wyoming. Originally from Tucson, Arizona, Kuluski’s journey has taken him across the country due to military service jobs, ultimately leading him to the welcoming landscapes of Wyoming last November.

Kuluski holds a Master’s degree in science and a Bachelor’s degree in business. His diverse background includes experience with several regulatory agencies, private law firms, and construction companies. During his time in the U.S. Army, he focused on building logistics and base design, which equipped him with valuable skills applicable to his new position.

After relocating to the valley, Kuluski initially worked at the Post Office before securing his role as Lincoln County Planning Director. “The Planning Director position is a great opportunity, especially with all the growth and attention on Lincoln County. It’s an exciting time to spearhead development and engage with an active and wonderful community,” he stated.

Kuluski’s vision for the North Lincoln County area emphasizes fostering growth opportunities while preserving the natural beauty of Wyoming’s landscapes. “We want to ensure that development enhances our community without compromising the environment,” he explained. In contrast, his focus for southern Lincoln County includes promoting industrial growth to create jobs and boost the local economy.

Kuluski expressed excitement about his new role, stating, “I’m very excited to be part of the county and work with great leader.” As Kuluski settles into his position, residents can look forward to more to come within the planning of the county.
